# Can you provide examples of the reports that are available?

## We will agree on a set of monthly management reports tailored to your needs and submit them via email. Optimise portal users have access to a live reporting dashboard and downloadable reports.

#### **Standard Reports**

Some popular reports include tracking spend by site or cost centre, spend per individual, spend by product category or specific products, and total spend both monthly and year-to-date. We also provide trend reports that compare monthly data with previous periods to identify trends.

Custom reports and data can be provided by your key account manager upon request.

#### **Performance Report**

We offer a report on actual performance versus contracted lead times. Every order is given a service performance percentage based on this comparison, contributing to an average monthly service performance percentage. This ensures complete visibility of each order, and any delays can be immediately identified and investigated.

#### **Sustainability Reporting**

Our sustainability dashboard is designed to support and drive sustainability efforts within your organisation. The dashboard provides real-time data and insights to help you monitor and manage your environmental impact. It measures the usage percentage of sustainable products per category, carbon offset contribution by product (kg CO2E), weight percentage by recycling stream, CO2 footprint for all deliveries, and CSR points earned through the purchase of sustainable products. The dashboard then calculates a quarterly carbon offset figure, which can be used to offset your scope 3 emissions—indirect emissions associated with your products or services but occurring outside your organisation.
