We are not the cheapest option and rarely lower product prices. However, cost is an important aspect, and we explore different ways to achieve savings.

We regularly hold quarterly review meetings with our clients. During these meetings, we present various suggestions to reduce costs:

Equivalent Workwear & PPE at Reduced Cost:

• We suggest alternative products that are just as effective at the job but cost less, offering significant savings while maintaining performance.

Higher Quality Workwear & PPE for Increased Longevity:

• We recommend higher quality products that may cost more initially but save money in the long run due to their durability and longer lifespan.
  
  
  

When new products with the same or better specifications enter the market at a lower cost, or when superior products offer savings through increased longevity, we organise wearer trials. These trials involve providing free samples for up to 5 wearers to evaluate the products' suitability and real-life cost impact. The results of these trials are then discussed at our quarterly review meetings.

We focus on supplying and expanding our own brand, Onyx. By purchasing large volumes of Onyx products, we can remain highly competitive, eliminate the middleman, and maintain direct control over any price increases. This approach allows us to control the design and production process, ensuring competitive prices and high-quality standards.
