# Download the Safpro Sizing Guide

## The guide has been designed to make sizing as easy as possible and to help you make the right choice when purchasing and specifying garments for your  staff.

The table is intended as a guide only. If you are in any doubt about your required size, please contact Client Support Sizes shown are ‘to fit’, not actual garment measurements. It is important to measure your body accurately for garments to fit correctly. Measure over light clothing or underwear. Make no extra allowance for movement ease, we do that for you when designing our products.
