Why does the login page say 'session ended', another login has been detected?
If you are receiving this message you need to clear your browser cache by following the steps below.
If you are using Google Chrome, copy and paste the following address into the browser bar: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- Select:
Cookies and other site Data
Cached images and file - Select clear data.
- Once complete, please re-do steps 1 – 5 outlined above.
