Please ensure you have ordered and received your Origin Workwear Recycling Box before submitting a returns request. Any used Workwear that is returned must be contained within these boxes.
Origin Workwear Recycling Boxes can be ordered via our online portal, Optimise, if they are not available to order on your portal please contact our support team.
What happens next?
- Once your returns request has been submitted, we will reach out to you via email with the necessary information for the collection process via DPD. Additionally, we will provide you with a simple returns note that will need to be fixed on the outside of the box.
- The returns note must accompany all goods returned to Safpro.
- The collection can be scheduled for the next business day, but if you prefer, you can specify a preferred day and we will be happy to arrange it for you!
- Customers within our van delivery area will be serviced by our own drivers who will also present the returns note the next delivery day. Customers serviced by DPD will have the returns note emailed to them together with Safpro address returns label and instructions.
