Standard Lead Times
If your company has an established contract with Safpro, we stock your entire core product range. This ensures predictable lead times:
- Branded Products: Lead time is 5 working days.
- Non-Branded Products (PPE): For items that are in stock and do not require branding, the lead time is 1-2 working days.
Special Provision
For larger users, we stock pre-branded products to facilitate next-day delivery. It’s important to note that these arrangements involve underwritten stock, meaning the customer retains liability for the stock if the contract ends.
Order Cut-Off Times
For in-stock, non-branded products, orders must be placed by 2 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
Non-Stock Products
For items not regularly stocked by Safpro, lead times can vary:
- General Non-Stock Items: Lead times typically range from 3-5 working days but can vary based on supplier availability.
- Branded Non-Stock Products: If the items require branding, the lead time is usually 7-10 working days.
